We close the gap between a client call and a build-ready spec.

TaskyTrack is a tool for the people who turn conversations into software: agencies, freelance developers and designers, and in-house product and sales teams. It takes the discovery call you already have and produces a structured product specification you can review and hand straight to your build tools.

Why we built it

Every project starts the same way: a call full of ideas, requirements, and half-formed plans. Then someone has to turn that messy conversation into a brief a developer can build from. That step is slow, it is where scope gets misremembered, and it is where deals go cold while the client waits to see something.

We spoke with agency owners, freelancers, and in-house teams, and the same story kept coming back: the call-to-first-draft stage costs real hours and real deals. TaskyTrack exists to remove it. Instead of retyping notes into a document by hand, you get a structured spec minutes after the call, while the conversation is still fresh.

How it works, transparently

The AI we use

TaskyTrack uses a leading third-party AI model to read a transcript and draft the spec. We send it the meeting transcript and any reference material you add, and nothing else. Client names, email addresses, and phone numbers are removed before the transcript leaves our servers. Your content is processed through a paid API and is not used to train the model.

Meeting capture

When you connect a calendar, our note-taker joins only the meetings you choose, transcribes them, and drafts a spec. We ask for read-only access to your calendar events for one purpose: to show your upcoming meetings and send the note-taker to the ones you select. We never create, edit, or delete events.

You stay in control

Nothing is final until you say so. You review and edit the draft, then export it as a spec.md, copy it as a build prompt, or scaffold a starter repository. You can disconnect your calendar and delete your data at any time.

What we stand for

Human in the loop

TaskyTrack drafts the spec; you own it. Every requirement, table, and UI note is editable before you approve or hand it off. The AI proposes, you decide.

Grounded, not invented

The spec traces back to what the client actually said. TaskyTrack does not pad specs with features nobody asked for, and it records its assumptions and open questions so nothing hides.

Private by default

We request read-only access to your calendar, never modify it, and never sell or share your data. Client names, emails, and phone numbers are stripped before a transcript is sent to the AI.
