Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TaskyTrack (the "Service") at taskytrack.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TaskyTrack turns meeting conversations into structured product specifications, with a human review step, and can deliver those specs to tools you connect. Features may change as the Service evolves.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Only send the note-taker to meetings you are authorized to record, and obtain any consent required from participants.
• Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload content you have no right to process.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the meeting content you provide and the blueprints generated for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content in order to provide the Service to you.

5. AI-generated output

Blueprints and specifications are generated automatically and are provided to assist you, not to replace your judgment. Output may contain errors or omissions - the human review step exists for this reason. Review and verify results before relying on them.

6. Billing, subscriptions, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that.

14-day refund. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that payment in full to your original payment method.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskyTrack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
